Browse Your Media Archive
XenData’s Cloud Media Portal is software that provides a web interface to your cloud archive. It allows your team to browse previews of your video and image files without downloading the high-resolution versions.
After identifying the required content, selected archived files may be downloaded via the portal.
The Media Portal runs on a Windows VM in the cloud or on-premises. Alternatively, it can be run on a physical PC. The previews are cached on the machine running the Media Portal software, which means that they are immediately accessible, even if your high-resolution archived content is not.

- Easily identify your archived content. Your distributed team can browse your archived file-folder structure to view previews of your media files.
- Save on cloud fees. Download only the required content. This saves on Internet bandwidth, and where applicable, on cloud egress and rehydration fees.
Active Archive for LucidLink
XenData Media Portal complements LucidLink by providing a cost-effective active archive. After a project has been completed, move your project files to cloud object storage. Options include AWS S3 and Glacier, Azure Object Storage including the Archive Tier, Backblaze, Seagate Lyve and Wasabi.
